Pat Sajak’s $1.5 million House in Encino, Los Angeles

The Wheel of Fortune fame, Pat Sajak, currently resides in a lavish 4-acre mansion in Encino, Los Angeles, which is estimated to be worth 1.5 million dollars. Another residence of the former weatherman was in Severna Park, Maryland, which he shared with his second wife and kids. However, the Severna Park residence soon seemed outdated, and he sold it for good.

The two-story Craftsman house in Severna Park, Glendale, that he bought in 1991 did earn some headlines when Pat sold it and also when it was refurbished and put on resale a few years later.

Eddie Murphy – $5.5 Million, California

Eddie Murphy is a funny actor who you might’ve loved watching in The Nutty Professor, Dreamgirls, and the Beverly Hills Cop films. His payments from his movies made him a multi-millionaire, and he was able to buy himself a massive mansion in Granite Bay, California.

The estate is 12,600 square feet, and it has a sports court, an arcade, a home theater, and an infinity swimming pool. He sold the place in 2007 for $6.1 million. In 2018, new owners moved into the home after getting it an auction for $5.5 million. Murphy has an upcoming film called Triplets.
